Constructed in 1992 as a spec home, this residence boasted a California Mediterranean exterior coupled with a 2000s contemporary interior. When MALONE undertook the project, the overarching strategy was to preserve the original design intention while infusing modernity. By leveraging materiality and implementing bespoke detailing, the team artfully retained the essence of the home's initial aesthetic.
